Chicago, Nov. 1 – Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA said it sold NOK 250 million of three-year secured bonds at Nibor plus 395 basis points on Wednesday.
The issuer said on Oct. 27 that it had hired Arctic Securities as the manager for a possible senior secured bond issue denominated in Norwegian krone with proceeds to be used to refinance the NAS05 bond due on Nov. 21.
Norwegian Air Shuttle is a Fornebu, Norway-based passenger airline.
