Correction: Nortek notes move up on tender results; Nortel debt slips

A story published by Prospect News on Wednesday incorrectly described the direction of trading in Nortek Inc.'s notes. The company's notes were seen gaining on news of a tender offer. A corrected excerpt of the story follows:

Portland, Ore., April 27 - Nortek Inc. released the early results of its tender offer for its 11% notes due 2013 on Tuesday, and the company's remaining note issues were seen gaining on the news.

A trader saw the 8¼% notes due 2021 at par ¼ bid and the 10% notes due 2018 at 108¼ bid.

Meanwhile, Nortel Networks Ltd.'s debt dipped during Tuesday trading on no news. A trader said the 10¾% notes due 2016 slipped to 91 3/8. The 10 1/8% notes due 2013 were also weaker, also at 91 3/8.
