Noranda Aluminum to pay all interest due Nov. 15 on notes in kind

Chicago, Aug. 4 - Noranda Aluminum Holding Corp. said it made a permitted election under the indentures governing its notes and Noranda Aluminum Acquisition Corp.'s notes to pay all interest due on Nov. 15 in kind.

Noranda is a Franklin, Tenn.-based producer of value-added primary aluminum products as well as high-quality rolled aluminum coils.
