Kazakhstan's KazStroyService plans inaugural bonds with 8%-9% yield

Madison, Wis., July 13 - JSC NGSK KazStroyService is planning to conduct an initial public offering of bonds, according to an announcement by JSC Halyk Finance.

The company intends to issue 15 million bonds in the first tranche of its inaugural bond program.

The bonds are expected to yield 8% to 9%.

There will be a special trading session for the bonds on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on July 20.

The engineering, procurement and construction company is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
