New York Racing Association shows $7.06 million December operating loss

Pittsburgh, Jan. 17 - The New York Racing Association, Inc. reported a $7.06 million operating loss for December on net revenues of $4.61 million, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
In November, the company posted a $5.76 million operating loss on net revenues of $9.03 million.
The net loss for December was also $7.06 million, up from a $5.76 million November net loss.
Cash at Dec. 31 was $20.79 million, compared with $18.78 million at the end of November.
The New York Racing Association filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 2. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-12618.
