New Flyer to redeem all C$60 million of 14% notes with new offering

Minneapolis, May 15 - New Flyer Industries, Inc. plans to redeem all of the roughly C$60 million principal amount of 14% subordinated notes issued by New Flyer Industries Canada ULC, according to a press release.

The company will use the proceeds from its new convertible offering. It also plans to use proceeds for general corporate purposes.

New Flyer is a Winnipeg, N.B.-based manufacturer of heavy-duty transit buses.
