National Mentor to launch $100 million term loan on Thursday

New York, Oct. 16 – National Mentor is scheduled to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday to launch a fungible $100 million incremental first-lien term loan, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs Bank USA and UBS Investment Bank are the leads on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund a distribution to existing equity holders.

National Mentor, formerly known as Civitas Solutions Inc., is a Boston-based provider of home- and community-based health and human services for individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical or behavioral disabilities and other special needs.
