New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $707,000 jump notes with autocallable feature on MAP Trend

Chicago, April 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $707,000 of 0% jump notes with autocallable feature due May 31, 2029 linked to the performance of the Morgan Stanley MAP Trend index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Notes and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 8.5% if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual observation date. Call level starts at 102.5% of initial level and increases by 2.5% per year.

At maturity, if the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the index return.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.
