New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.08 million contingent income autocalls on indexes, ETF

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.08 million of contingent income autocallable securities due April 23, 2026 tied to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares China Large-Cap ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly contingent coupon at the rate of 9% per year if each underlying closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 75% of its initial level, on the observation date that period.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each underlying closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call determination date after six months.

If the lowest-performing underlying finishes at or above its downside threshold level, 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the final underlying value of the worst performer.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
