JPMorgan plans 10.55% autocallable yield notes tied to Mylan

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 10.55% autocallable yield notes due May 4, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the common stock of Mylan NV, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest rate will payable quarterly.
The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes closes below its trigger level, 63% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 29.
The Cusip number is 48132HUN0.
