Moody’s changes Motability view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the long-term issuer rating of Motability Operations Group plc at A2/Prime-1 and changed the outlook to positive from stable.

The affirmation and change in outlook reflects the agency’s assessment of increased financial strength on the firm's baa1 standalone credit assessment, a result of continued strengthening of Motability’s capital levels and that its exposure to residual value risk in the fleet is mitigated by the firm's conservative approach and expertise in managing this risk.
