Tacoma, Wash., April 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.19 million of 0% trigger participation securities due April 1, 2022 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return.
If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level but greater than or equal to the trigger level, 65% of the initial index level, the payout will be par.
If the final index level is less than the trigger level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
