JPMorgan to price buffered participation securities on MSCI EM index

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered participation securities due April 7, 2021 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 35%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
The notes (Cusip: 48130X422) will price on March 29.
