Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due June 29, 2023 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain, with the payout capped at par plus 29.4%.
If the index finishes flat or declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any index decline below the initial level.
