New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.88 million autocallable return enhanced notes on MSCI EM

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.88 million of 0% autocallable return enhanced notes due Aug. 14, 2025 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 10% call premium if the closing level of the index is greater than or equal to the call level, 100% of the initial level, on Aug. 11, 2022.

If the final level of the index is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times the index’s return. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the index.
