Goldman plans 17- to 20-month buffered notes on MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, Nov. 16 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% leveraged buffered index-linked notes tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
The maturity will be between 17 and 20 months after issue.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,122.50 to $1,142.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.
