New York, Jan. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.99 million of 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 2, 2026 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 11.75% if the index closes at or above its initial value on Jan. 6, 2025.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by no more than 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
