Morgan Stanley plans to price PLUS linked to S&P 500 index

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 17 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 5, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, capped at $11.10 per $10 PLUS.

If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Jan. 31.

The Cusip number is 61770E844.
