New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1 million digital index-linked notes on Nasdaq

Olympia, Wash., April 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% digital notes due May 28, 2020 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,122 per $1,000 of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
