New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.35 million partial principal at risk notes on S&P

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.35 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due Oct. 27, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 27%.

If the index finishes flat or declines, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
