New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $3.92 million buffered jump securities on EM ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.92 million of 0% buffered jump securities due March 10, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the fund gains or finishes flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus 19.35%. If the fund declines by 10% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the fund declines beyond 10%.
