New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $575,000 buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 21 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $575,000 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 22, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of par plus 20.4%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
