Tacoma, Wash., April 6 – Morgan Stanley priced $774,700 of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due April 5, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of 90% of par and a maximum payout of 167% of par.
