New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $25.51 million jump securities on Philadelphia Oil Service Sector

New York, May 20 - Morgan Stanley priced $25.51 million of 0% jump securities due Nov. 23, 2011 linked to the Philadelphia Oil Service Sector index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus an upside payment of $1.13 per $10.00 security.

Investors will be fully exposed to losses.
