New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2 million notes linked to iShares MSCI index funds, S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., June 28 - Morgan Stanley priced $2 million of 0% equity-linked notes due June 29, 2015 linked to a basket of two exchange-traded funds and one index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund with a 50% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund with a 30% weight and the S&P 500 index with a 20% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 72% of any basket gain. Investors will receive at least par.
