New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.2 million PLUS notes linked to Dow Jones-AIG Commodity Index

Philadelphia, Jan. 8 - Morgan Stanley priced $3,195,000 of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities (PLUS) due Jan. 11, 2011 linked to the Dow Jones-AIG Commodity Index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 145% of any index gain. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
