New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.89 million PLUS linked to SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust

New York, June 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.89 million of 0% PLUS due May 30, 2028 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 134.75% of the ETF return.

Investors will be fully exposed to any ETF decline.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
