Chicago, Dec. 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $737,000 of 0% lookback entry Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 12, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The initial index level is set at 3,269.96, the lowest closing level of the index during the period from the Oct. 30 pricing date up to and including Nov. 30.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of 8%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses from the initial index level.
