New York, Sept. 16 - Morgan Stanley priced $3 billion of 5.625% 10-year global medium-term notes Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 225 basis points, a market source said.
The non-callable notes (A2/A/A) priced at 99.585 to yield 5.68%.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. was the bookrunner.
The financial services company is based in New York City.
