New York, Aug. 1 - Mexico's Ministry of Finance announced the results of this week's government securities auction.
The 28-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.05%. Bids ranged from 7.02% to 7.05%. Of the Ps. 21.446 billion bids tendered, Ps. 4.5 billion bids were accepted. Last week's yield on the 28-day bills was 7.02%.
The 90-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.19%. Bids ranged from 7.15% to 7.21%. Of the Ps. 22.049 billion bids tendered, Ps. 6 billion bids were accepted. Last week's yield on the 90-day bills was 7.17%.
The 182-day Cetes bills were priced at 7.34%. Bids ranged from 7.29% to 7.36%. Of the Ps. 19.536 billion bids tendered, Ps. 5.4 billion bids were accepted. The previous yield on the 182-day bills was 7.33%.
The 364-day Cetes bills were priced at 7.54%. Bids ranged from 7.51% to 7.58%. Of the Ps. 18.606 billion bids tendered, Ps. 5.6 billion bids were accepted. The previous yield on the 182-day bills was 7.49%.
Meanwhile the 10% bonos 20A due 2024 were priced at 109.70273 to yield 8.92%. Of the Ps. 12.88 billion bids tendered, Ps. 3.1 billion bids were accepted. Minimum and maximum bids were 109.70273. The previous issue priced at 110.51085 to yield 8.84%.
