Moody's: McKesson unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that McKesson Corp.'s announcement that it plans to acquire the independent banner and franchise businesses of Katz Group Canada Inc. for C$920 million is an overall credit positive, but does not have an effect on McKesson's Baa2 ratings at this time.
