Fitch rates Marsh & McLennan notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned A- ratings to Marsh & McLennan Cos., Inc.'s new senior unsecured notes.

The agency also affirmed the issuer's long-term issuer default rating, senior unsecured revolver and senior unsecured notes at A-.

The outlook is stable.
