Markit shuffles around Markit iTraxx SovX Global Liquid IG index

New York, March 15 - Markit Group Ltd. announced additions and removals to the Markit iTraxx SovX Global Liquid Investment Grade index.

Added countries include Australia, Brazil, France, Colombia, Peru, Romania and the United Kingdom.

Removed countries comprise Germany, Malaysia, Portugal and Kazakhstan.

Series 3 will roll on March 22.

According to a company release, the index has maturities of June 20, 2015 and June 20, 2020 with a coupon of 100 basis points along with a recovery rate of 40%.

Markit provides independent data, portfolio valuations and OTC derivatives trade processing to the global financial markets.
