Prospect News reports two new defaults for week of June 13-June 19

Pittsburgh, June 21 – Prospect News reported two new defaults for the week of June 13 through June 19.

Specifically, Prospect News reported a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing made by Cambrian Coal LLC and the opening of safeguard proceedings for Rallye’s Alpetrol wholly owned subsidiary.

Prospect News also reported a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing made by Legacy Reserves Inc. However, Legacy had previously defaulted.

So far in 2019, Prospect News has reported 78 defaults, including 54 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 12 missed interest payments, six missed principal payments, four Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings and one each of schemes of arrangement and safeguard proceedings.
