By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, March 25 - China's Longfor Properties Co. Ltd. will embark on a roadshow in Asia, Europe and the United States starting Monday for a dollar-denominated offering of notes (expected ratings: Ba3/BB/), according to a company filing.

Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered, Citigroup and HSBC are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Proceeds will be used to finance property projects and for general corporate purposes.

The company has obtained in-principle approval to list the notes on the Singapore Exchange.

Longfor is a Beijing-based property developer.
