Laurentian to redeem C$350 million 4.25% notes due 2027

Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – Laurentian Bank of Canada plans to redeem all C$350 million 4.25% notes due June 22, 2027, according to a press release.

The non-viability contingent capital subordinated debt will be redeemed on June 22 at par with accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Laurentian is a Montreal-based bank.
