Kodit close to pricing dollar-denominated three-year social notes

Chicago, May 8 – Kodit Global 2024-1 Co. Ltd. is expected to soon be in the primary market with an offering of three-year social notes (AA) that will be denominated in dollars, according to a market source.

The notes will be guaranteed by Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (or Kodit).

Fixed-income investor calls started Monday.

BNP Paribas is the bookrunner.

Distribution will be through Rule 144A and Regulation S.

The financial services provider is based in Daegu, Korea.
