KVK CLO 2014-3 to redeem $415 million of notes through refinancing

Norfolk, Va., March 28 – KVK CLO 2014-3 Ltd./KVK CLO 2014-3 LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem three classes of notes via a refinancing, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on April 17:

• $317.5 million of class A notes, for a total redemption price of $319,526,578.69;

• $60 million of class B notes, for a total redemption price of $60,468,475.50; and

• $37.5 million of class C notes, for a total redemption price of $37,877,172.19.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Chicago-based Kramer Van Kirk Credit Strategies LP is the collateral manager.
