Moody’s rates Korea Housing notes Aa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa2 foreign-currency senior unsecured debt rating to Korea Housing Finance Corp.’s planned dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes.

The notes will be issued under KHFC's $15 billion global medium-term note program, which Moody’s rates (P)Aa2.

The proceeds will be used to facilitate access to housing finance for end users in Korea through a diverse range of mortgage loan products as detailed in KHFC's sustainable financing framework.

The outlook on KHFC is stable.
