JMP Credit Advisors CLO IV manager, holders mull note refinancing

Olympia, Wash., June 4 – JMP Credit Advisors CLO IV Ltd./JMP Credit Advisors CLO IV LLC’s collateral manager and some holders or beneficial owners of its junior subordinated notes have entered into discussions relating to a potential refinancing of some classes of secured notes, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A, B, C, D and E notes and the senior and junior subordinated notes were notified.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
