JinkoSolar unit extends credit limit with Wells Fargo to $60 million

Charlotte, N.C., July 15 – JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd.’s wholly owned subsidiary JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc. signed amendments to the credit agreement with Wells Fargo Capital Finance to increase its credit limit to $60 million from $40 million, with a three-year term.

“This is the second time we have raised our credit limit with Wells Fargo in the past years,” said JinkoSolar chief financial officer Charlie Cao.

JinkoSolar is a Shanghai-based solar products manufacturer.
