Chicago, Sept. 10 – Inter-American Development Bank sold an upsized offering of $600 million of global floating-rate notes due June 16, 2026 on Thursday, a market source reported.
The notes have a coupon of 17 basis points over SOFR.
Price talk was for a yield in the SOFR plus 17 bps area.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are bookrunners.
The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
