International Development Association talks five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 12 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 14 – International Development Association (Aaa/AAA) plans to price dollar-denominated five-year senior notes on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Price talk is at the mid-swaps plus 12 basis points area.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the lead managers of the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

International Development Association is a Washington, D.C.-based association that provides loans and advice to middle-income and credit-worthy poor countries.
