Citigroup plans digital notes tied to iShares U.S. Real Estate ETF

Chicago, July 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% digital securities due Feb. 13, 2020 linked to the iShares U.S. Real Estate ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the digital return of 14% to 16%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will receive a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Aug. 8.

The Cusip number is 17324XMA5.
