Chicago, May 21 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $5.17 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due June 20, 2013 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,200.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
