New Issue: RBC prices $347,000 barrier booster notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE, EM

Chicago, March 13 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $347,000 of 0% barrier booster notes due Feb. 28, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each fund gains by more than 44.3%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the worse performing fund.

If the worse performing fund gains by up to 44.3%, the payout will be par plus 44.3%.

If either fund falls by up to the 60% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing fund.
