New Issue: International Transmission places $150 million 2.93% first mortgage bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 14 – International Transmission Co. settled a $150 million private placement of 2.93% first mortgage bonds due Jan. 14, 2052 in a $20 million series I tranche and a $130 million series J tranche, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds have a make-whole call until July 14, 2051, then a par call.

The electric transmission company, a subsidiary of ITC Holdings Corp., is based in Novi, Mich.
