ING Groep plans dollar-denominated offering of perpetual notes

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 5 – ING Groep NV plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of perpetual notes, according to multiple notices.

The notes will be non-callable for 6.8 years.

J.P. Morgan SE, ING, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities and UBS are leading the sale.

The notes will be listed on Euronext Dublin.

The financial services company is based in Amsterdam.
