New Issue: iGaming arranges C$1.15 million private placement of units

Des Moines, April 27 - iGaming Corp. plans to conduct a private placement of units for about C$1.15 million.

The company intends to sell about 5.75 million units of one share and one half-share warrant at C$0.20 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.30 until Feb. 23, 2008.

Expiry of the warrants may be accelerated to 15 days if the closing price of the company's shares exceeds C$0.40 for 15 consecutive trading days.

Proceeds will be used for working capital.

Vancouver, B.C-based iGaming provides sports industry data.
