Icop Digital files $25 million shelf covering stock, preferreds, debt

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 16 - Icop Digital Inc. filed a $25 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, warrants, debt securities and units.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for inventory purchases and general corporate purposes.

Based in Lenexa, Kan., Icop develops security, surveillance and communications products used in the public and private sectors.
